I'M SASHA, A VIDEOGRAPHER IN amsterdam, the netherlands

I’m Sasha, 24 years old and the heart behind Sasha Films, which I started in 2021. I never set out simply to create wedding films, I set out to tell stories. Along the way, I discovered that weddings hold some of the most beautiful, emotional, and meaningful stories of all.

I spent two incredible years in Australia filming over 50 weddings alongside the talented team at Chamore Creations. It was there that I truly honed my craft and fell even more in love with storytelling through film. Now, I’m back in Amsterdam, my home base, bringing the same passion to every couple I work with.

My style is all about capturing love in its purest form, genuine, candid, and full of life. My goal isn’t just to document your day, but to craft a film that moves you. A timeless collection of moments that, years from now, will bring you right back to the magic of your celebration.

The start of Sasha Films

I took a leap and started Sasha Films, not knowing exactly where it would take me, but filled with a big love for storytelling and capturing special moments.
I mostly filmed travel videos and literally took my camera everywhere!

Internship in Australia

I had always dreamed of living abroad, and when I discovered a company whose work I absolutely loved, I decided to send them a DM. That message changed everything, soon after, I was in Australia filming over 25 beautiful weddings and learning so much along the way.

Full-time job in Australia

After my internship, I was offered a job with Chamore Creations. Moving back to Australia gave me the chance to gain even more experience, work with the most amazing couples, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Back in Amsterdam

This summer I had the joy of capturing beautiful weddings across Europe, before moving back to Amsterdam to continue my journey here, carrying with me all the experiences from abroad and a heart full of stories still waiting to be told.
